Small business has been the backbone of American nation since its inception. But if we look at raw statistics we find that businesses with fewer than 20 employees have only a 37% chance of surviving 4 years and only a 9% chance of surviving 10 years. What does it take to run a profitable business? the high failure rate should not be much of surprise to anyone. Most people who enter small business have at least some technical knowledge, but very few have solid business skills. In order to avoid failure business owners must know their responsibilities:
|- Legal structure||- Marketing||- Collection|
|- Finance||- Employees||- Office management|
|- Money management||- Protection||- Tax regulation|
With all this we can receive a reasonable profit.
